What Does The Future Hold For ECM?

I presented on this topic last Thursday at the AIIM National Capital Chapter breakfast meeting. I had a great time presenting my view of what the future may hold and talked about some of the clues that we may have been able to pick up at the recent AIIMexpo 2007 in Boston.

Value proposition for off-shoring with falling dollar?
I work for an services company that has in excess of 4BN in revenue. It has been growing at a fairly rapid clip of about 40% quarter over quarter.
I often wonder, since most of this growth was the case of "rising tide lifting all boats" With the rapidly falling dollar do lot of the off-shore services company lose their whole value proposition?
How do we position their services any differently than say Accenture/IBM? Has this become a totally commoditised industry where differentiators become intangibles? There is the usual struggle of how to position a given companies services differently...other than the fact of been there done that!
